Craft & Quality Food Co. is owned and founded by Chef Jedidiah Adcock. Born and raised in Texas, started as a baker and grew to love cooking. Learned how to take ingredients and make bold dishes with a Texas twist.
We specialize in Southwestern cuisine, combining Smokey elements with bold and fresh flavors. Founded in Redding, Ca, we offer a range of offerings, from Catering for events/weddings, Pop Ups to private dinner parties, crafted just for you.
